Summary of reviews:
Even better than The One Minute Manager!
What a great book! All those sales tips you have heard in the past but can never remember. Well here they are in one of those great books that you can pick up and just read a bit and think, “oh yea, that's good” It's nice and short, to the point, and, in my opinion an easier read than The One Minute Manager. Everyone should have one, after all, there's a bit of a salesperson in all of us!

This book learned me to sell - Its also the first book about selling I actually have enjoyed reading.
I am a selling newbie, have been told by several friends of mine who are good sellers that read this and read that and they have handed me 200pages+ manuals filled with (excuse the language) "CRAP" that I have read 20 pages in and bored myself to death.
This short EFFECTIVE and highly realistic book made me go from zero in sales and no sales skills at all to 100 sales a month and a outstanding sense for sales.
I recommend this book for everyone that has something to do with sales, either you are newbie like I was or you are a pro. I read it once a month now and always learning new stuff.
